Total exhaust flow, as measured by SEMTECH EFM, is a critical
component of EPA's "ROVER" mass emissions measurement technology,
described in U.S. Patent #6, 148, 656. Sensors, Inc., an exclusive
co-licensee of this technology, has developed the EFM to complement its
on-vehicle SEMTECH-D and G analytical systems, thereby providing users
with the most precise in-use mass measurements capability currently
