Dr. Lanher is an expert in instrumentation-based analytical chemistry, and he collaborated with AP2E and the University Joseph Fourier in the development of the optical feedback cavity enhanced laser absoprtion technology that is used in the SEMTECH LASAR.

EPA digs up ways to collect in-use emissions data from construction vehicles
Jan 6, 2011 - Researchers from the EPA, Eastern Research Group, and Sensors, Inc. recently completed a project in the Kansas City area that used specially developed equipment to measure...in-use gaseous emissions (CO2, CO, THC, NOx) and particulate matter mass emissions from 29 construction vehicles over a three-year period.
